Return and Refund policy

We really hope you’ll enjoy our products for years to come. But, if for any reason, you’d like to return them, you can email us at support@charcoal.inc and we'll arrange for a return.

In the email, please mention,

• Your order number
• Your full name
• The items being returned
  

The return window are as follows -  

• 30 days for The Charcoal Desk
• 100 days for The Charcoal Case ( Exclusive Launch Offer)

We will refund the entirety of the purchase price, minus the applicable return shipment fee. Also, to ensure that you are not held responsible for the damage that may happen during transit, please return the products in its original packaging.
